Confirm both the minimum and maximum, including whether the unit is KB or MB.
2. Pixel dimensions
Check width × height in the same order shown in the instructions.
3. Accepted format
Use an explicitly listed type such as JPG. Renaming an extension does not convert a file.
4. Filename
Use a short filename with letters, numbers, and hyphens if the portal is old or unusually strict.
5. Visible content
Check the official rules for background, pose, lighting, recency, signature placement, and whether any text is allowed. A size tool cannot verify identity or eligibility requirements.
