Free utility
HandyTrove provides free, general-purpose browser utilities, including RulePix, PDFPinch, and PDFStitch. You may use their output for lawful purposes.
No submission guarantee
A tool checks only the technical rules it reports. It cannot confirm that an image or PDF meets identity, legal, examination, visa, government, accessibility, signature, or other content requirements. Portal rules can change, and you are responsible for checking the official instructions before submitting.
Your files
You must have the right to use and edit the files you select. Because processing happens locally, you remain responsible for protecting your own device and downloaded files. PDF compression can flatten text, links, forms, accessibility information, layers, or digital signatures. Merging or splitting can remove or invalidate bookmarks, forms, attachments, accessibility structure, portfolios, or digital signatures. Do not use a rebuilt copy where those features must be preserved.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular submission. Keep your original file and review every result before use.
